The Green Tea way of Reducing Heart Diseases

This is good news for everyone especially those who were frightened by heart diseases. A Greek researcher found out that green tea may help prevent heart diseases. According to Charalambos Vlachopoulos’ studies, drinking few cups of this green tea a day is a good dose especially for an individual with heart-related health problems. He even said that green tea improves blood flow as well as the ability of arteries to relax.
Research also shows that not only the green tea provides a lot of benefits for cardiovascular health but the black tea as well. However, most Greek researchers believe that green tea is better than the other kind of tea because it has higher quantities of beneficial compound called flavonoids.
Green tea also tends to have a relaxing effect when sipped, which can help reduce stress and improve your overall wellbeing. For the most benefit, drink at least one to two cups of green tea each day. Not only will you get great nutrition, but you’ll be hydrating your body at the same time!
Swap green tea for soda and other sugary drinks, or have it instead of your daily cup of coffee. It contains less caffeine and more antioxidants. To spice up your daily green tea, add a touch of honey, drink it iced for a refreshing twist.  http://healthcareatm.com/
